Provisional list of total evaluation scores

Following the evaluation by the external peer-reviewers, the shortlisted projects (score over 70% threshold) were called to an interview and were screened by the ARISTOS Ethics Committee to check if they comply with the ethical requirements of the call.

Each applicant’s final mark is based on the evaluation of the submitted proposal (70%) and the interview assessment (30%). As indicated in the Guide for Applicants, candidates are ranked according to their total evaluation scores in 13 ranking lists (one per panel – CIBER Thematic Areas) in descending order, provided they are above the threshold. If the number of candidates exceeding the threshold is higher than the number of foreseen positions in each panel, reserve lists are created. Applicants individual evaluation reports are available through the website Personal Area.

Please note, each CIBER Thematic Areas had a particular interview panel, therefor interview panels with different evaluation perception. Scores of different Thematic Areas are not comparable. Candidates in reserve list of any CIBER Thematic Area might be appointed in case appointed fellows do not accept their fellowship or in case extra funding is provided to cofund additional postdoctoral positions.

Candidates have the opportunity to submit an appeal against the score of his/her proposal if they believe the score was based on an error in the evaluation procedure. See ARISTOS Redress Template among the templates of the Download area of ARISTOS website https://postdoc-aristos.com/HowToApply. All requests for redress have to be uploaded through the personal area website. The redress will only evaluate the evaluation procedure and perceived incorrect application of the eligibility criteria and not the scientific judgement of the peer reviewers. Redress deadline: 06/06/2024, 16pm Madrid, Spain

Once the final list is published, admitted fellows will be contacted by ARISTOS program manager for the initiation of the hiring process.
